Improve the publication frequency

Feature Request

Give an option in one location, probably "Autoblog" to set 2 days a week or 3 days a week and so on, but as well with the option to set the gap there.

All in one place.

The gap option in "integrations" does not work and belongs to "Autoblog" all in one place.

Regarding the gaps is this something you use? Why not simply increase the frequency? (Make it post 1 every 12 hours or every 2 days).
