Table of Contents markup option

Feature Request

I would like to have a toggle option to send Table of Contents data through my integration.

Something like this:

## Table of Contents- ### Section 1- ### Section 2... etc

    If I create a German text the there is written on top of the table "Table of Contents" PLease change it to the choosen language.
