Blocked IPs & Cloudflare Protection Issues
If you're experiencing issues when integrating Arvow with your website or using features like Internal Linking or theSite Optimizer, itβs likely due to IP blocking or firewall restrictions on your site.
This applies across platforms β including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and others β especially when strict security tools like Cloudflare are enabled.
Why This Matters
Blocked IPs can cause:
β Integration Setup Errors: Our platform may fail to connect or authenticate with your website.
β Internal Linking Issues: Arvow wonβt be able to crawl your website, which prevents the internal linking tool from finding relevant internal pages.
β Site Optimizer Failures: The feature won't function properly if it can't fetch and scan your site's content and structure.
β Required IP Whitelisting
To ensure Arvow can connect and work properly with your website, you must whitelist the following IPs:
152.39.158.62
152.39.215.253
Common Firewall/Hosting Scenarios
π Cloudflare Users
If your domain uses Cloudflare, the Bot Protection feature may be blocking our platform.
Solution:
Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
Go to Security > Bots.
Disable Bot Fight Mode or any other bot-blocking features.
Whitelist the IPs listed above.
