Watch our step by step video on how to set up a Recurring Automation:

Overview

A Recurring Automation lets you schedule articles to be generated β€” and optionally published β€” automatically on the days of the week you choose. You pick a template, fill in its inputs once, and Arvow keeps producing articles on your schedule until you pause or delete it.

Setting Up a Recurring Automation

  1. Go to the AutoBlog tab.

  2. Click Add New Article.

  3. Select the Recurring option.

  4. Set a Start Date for your automation. This can be any day you want.

  5. Set your Schedule:

    • Select the days of the week you want articles to be generated and published (e.g., Monday to Friday).

    • Choose the time of day articles should be generated and published.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Choose the template you want to use for this automation.

πŸ“˜ Each template has its own set of inputs. An SEO Article template asks for different information than a News Article template, so the next step will look different depending on what you choose.

Configuring the Template (SEO Article Example)

If you select the SEO Article template, Arvow will ask for some details so it can find keywords for you:

  1. Website URL: enter the full link to your website.

  2. Keyword seeds: type a keyword and press Enter on your keyboard to add it. Repeat for each keyword.

  3. Competitors: add up to 3 competitor websites, pressing Enter after each one.

  4. Target country: the country your articles are aimed at.

  5. Keyword language: the language your keywords should be in.

  6. Publishing mode: choose one of:

    • Generate only - articles are created but not published.

    • Generate and publish - articles are created and published to the website connected to your AutoBlog.

  7. Click Start Repeating.

πŸ‘ Your articles will now appear on your schedule on the days you selected.

Managing a Recurring Automation

Pausing or adjusting the automation

  1. In your schedule, click on any of the recurring articles.

  2. Toggle the option to disable the automation to pause it.

  3. From the same panel, you can also change which days articles are generated and published.

πŸ“˜ You can also see the keywords the feed will use for upcoming articles from this panel.

Deleting the automation

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Delete the repeating slot.

⚠️ Deleting the repeating slot removes the automation entirely and clears the scheduled articles from your calendar. If you only want to pause it temporarily, use the disable toggle instead.
