Watch our step by step video on how to schedule articles:

Overview

Scheduling lets you queue articles to be generated and published on a specific date and time. You can schedule one article or a batch of them, choose whether they publish automatically, and reschedule or unschedule them at any time.

Scheduling an Article

  1. Go to the AutoBlog tab.

  2. Click Add Article.

  3. Select the Schedule option.

  4. Pick the date and time you want the article generated and published (for example, 2 September at 7:00 AM), then click Continue.

  5. Choose your article template. Arvow includes three default templates:

    • SEO Article

    • News Article

    • YouTube to Blog Post

    • You can also use your own templates from Manage Templates.

  6. Add the inputs for your articles. Each keyword creates a separate article, so you can keep adding as many as you need.

  7. Click Add Keywords.

Your articles are now scheduled for the date and time you selected.

πŸ“˜ Need to add a lot of articles at once? You can import your keywords from an Excel sheet instead of typing them in one by one.

Customizing a Scheduled Article (Optional)

Click Edit Article on any scheduled article to customize things like:

  • Structure

  • Images

  • Linking

Save your changes when you're done.

Generate and Publish vs. Generate Only

By default, scheduled articles are set to generate and publish automatically. They'll be published to the website connected in your AutoBlog settings.

If you'd rather review articles before they go live, switch the article to generate only. Arvow will create the article on schedule, but publishing stays manual.

Rescheduling and Unscheduling

  • To unschedule: drag the article from its date to the Unscheduled tab. It stays there until you decide what to do with it.

  • To reschedule: drag the article to a different date.

  • To publish right away: click Generate Now on the article instead of waiting for its scheduled slot.
