Watch our step by step video on how to generate an Article:

Overview

This feature lets you create a single article on demand β€” no schedule, no automation. You pick a template, add a keyword, and generate the article right away. You can then publish it to your website with one click.

Creating an Instant Article

  1. Go to the AutoBlog tab.

  2. Click Add Article.

  3. Select the For Later option (this keeps the article unscheduled, so it isn't tied to a publishing date), then click Continue.

  4. Choose your article template. Arvow offers three standard templates, plus any custom templates you've built under Manage Templates.

  5. Enter your input.

  6. Click Add Keywords.

Your article now appears in the Unscheduled tab.

Customizing Before Generating (Optional)

Before generating, you can fine-tune the article:

  1. Click Edit Article.

  2. Adjust settings such as structure, formatting, and images.

  3. Click Save Changes.

Generating the Article

  1. Click Generate Now.

  2. Once generation finishes, the article moves to the Generation step, where you can review it.

Publishing the Article

  1. Open the generated article.

  2. Click Publish Article.

The article is published to the integration connected to your project (for example, your WordPress site).

⚠️ You need an integration connected to the project before you can publish. If no integration is set up, the article stays in Arvow until you connect one.

FAQs

Q: Can I schedule the article instead of generating it right away?
Yes. Instead of choosing For Later, pick a date when adding the article and it will generate and publish on that schedule.

Q: Can I use a custom template for a single Article?
Yes. Custom templates appear alongside the three standard templates when you choose a template. You can create and edit them under Manage Templates.

Q: Do I have to publish immediately after generating?
No. Generated articles stay in the Generation step until you're ready to publish.
